A presentation of selected projects of a panGenerator group revealing a creative process in the area of new media art. In other words – combining bits and photons in practice.
A presentation of selected projects of a panGenerator group revealing a creative process in the area of new media art. In other words – combining bits and photons in practice.
panGenerator is a group dealing with new media art. Using new technology panGenerator – literally and metaphorically – constructs spatial interactive installations, often on commission for cultural institutions and business companies. Projects made by them integrate new digital media with rare spatial forms and engaging interaction.
During the 1st MDF Festival edition they created a SPIRALALALA installation on one of the most characteristic space in the Philharmonic – spiral stairs. The stairs were made into well in which the visitors’ voices got material and visual form.
Now, they will present what new tools they use in their work, how they combine art with information technology and what processes occur behind creating their fascinating installations.
