Bartosz Weber / VTR
An audiovisual duo created by Bartosz Weber and Wiktor Podgorski. It all began with a meeting during one of Miłosz Pękala's concerts, where Wiktor (as he describes it) shone.
Weber can be known from Baaba, Mitch & Mitch, and Slalom. His solo music is a definite return to electronics. Initially, the assumption was a retreat from the digital world and a journey towards analogue sounds. The love for sampling at some point, however, took the lead.
Wiktor studied graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, but music was always very close to him. For years he made music with friends in an amateur way. Thanks to this it was easier for him to make associations with rhythm, sound and mood. Working with space allows us to understand how people behave in it, how they receive certain signals that we want to convey to them.
Each of the songs on Bartosz's new album is visually accompanied by Wiktor.
